For the past three months patients attending glaucoma clinics 2 and 3 at City Road had the option to use kiosks to check-in for their appointments on arrival, and view and update their personal information, including their contact details. The aim of the self-check in kiosks was to improve the experience of patients at those clinics by speeding up the check-in process and reducing clinic queues.
The self-check in kiosk pilot ran until the end of June and we would like to thank everyone who assisted with the pilot by giving feedback.
