The Trust’s site at City Road in central London has a new main entrance.

Patients and visitors coming to the hospital should now access the building via Cayton Street, which is the first turning on your left, a further 40 metres heading north down City Road from the old entrance.

The new entrance, which opened at the end of October, is now much easier for everyone to use. Both outpatients and the accident and emergency department are now accessed by a gently sloping, covered ramp. The pavement on the road outside has also been widened.

Once in the building, there is also a new reception area which is smart, modern, and airy, and which also has more chairs for patients and visitors.
