Patient surveys are just one of the ways in which Moorfields collects information about what patients think of our services.  We also use patient experience trackers - an electronic feedback system - based in several of our clinical areas and mystery visitors and callers as well as more channels such as our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) and complaints.

Feedback from all mechanisms is regularly reviewed by our patient experience committee, which includes staff from a range of discplines as well as patient and foundation trust representatives.
