Inpatient and day case surgery takes place on the 5th Floor, Lanesborough Wing at St George’s. There is a 24 hour in-patient unit of six beds used for surgical patients, non-surgical admissions and where out-of-hours emergency walk-in patients are seen.
The day case unit offers the following surgical specialities: adnexal, cataract, external disease, glaucoma, strabismus, and vitreo retinal.
Patient facilities
There is a restaurant in the hospital on the first floor selling refreshments to patients and their relatives/friends.

There is pay and display parking on site.
