Patient experience tracker
We currently have 25 patient experience trackers throughout Moorfields, both at City Road and our outreach centres.
In the past 12 months over 13,000 patients have used the tracker and the results have given us a wealth of information on where we need to improve, but as importantly, where we are doing well.
Some initiatives that have already been generated by the responses from the trackers, are new information leaflets for day surgery patients, better and timelier information regarding any delays in clinics, and ensuring that all staff introduce themselves to patients.
Moorfields is aiming for a positive response rate of 90% to the questions asked, and though we have some way to go, much improvement has been made.
So if you are a patient at Moorfields, and even if you’ve used the patient experience tracker before, please look out for them and take a few moments to give us your opinion on your experience and the service we provide.
